My fiancé loves this coverup I bought for her. Very high quality and product as described on website. We had a trip planned and I ordered the coverup, choosing and paying for expedited shipping to arrive on time. When the item shipped I noticed it was for normal shipping in error and not arrive on time. I contacted customer service who refunded the expedited shipping and then offered to expedite the coverup to our hotel. The item arrived on time. Mistakes happen in life and good companies overcome them from a customer service perspective. We now will be a regular customer due to the experience and quality of product.
