Originally, I purchased a swimsuit that was on sale because the style I truly wanted was sold out. The sale swimsuit was beautiful, but I couldn’t stop thinking about the one that had been out of stock. I called customer service to ask whether it would be restocked, and they kindly advised me to keep checking. As soon as it became available again, I called and requested an exchange. Even though the Memorial Day sale had already ended, the team graciously honored the Memorial Day discount for the replacement swimsuit. Not only that, but they also set aside my size and held it for me until my return arrived, ensuring I wouldn’t miss out on this very popular style that sells out almost immediately. That level of customer care is rare these days. When I finally received the replacement swimsuit, I was once again completely blown away. It was even more beautiful than I had imagined. Everything about this experience—from the quality of the products to the exceptional customer service—was first class. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and look forward to buying from this company again.
